They have been able to leave a mime of envious success in each field. Hence, they can play a supplementary role in social, economic, political and administrative development. Women, by dint of their talent and efficiency are endowed with several supreme positions in developed, developing and under developed countries. So, women engagement is inevitable to the mainstream of gross development. Development will get dynamism once we ensure the full and equal opportunities for female in education, health, training, vocational training, wealth and market management. However, the government of Bangladesh has taken many initiatives to ensure the female participation in the aggregate development activities.

Tsunamis are not as common as other whether related disasters, but they can cause significant damage. The word tsunami comes from a Japanese word meaning long harbor wave'. Today, scientist use the term to define seismic sea waves generated by undersea earthquakes or undersea landslides and volcanic eruptions. Most tsunamis occur along the Ring of Fire, a wave of volcanic and earthquake activity that encircles the Pacific Ocean. The Haw Allan Islands and Alaska areas are common for this type of disaster. Tsunami waves have long lengths and travel very fast in deep water. Upon reaching the shore, the speed of the wave decrease, but the height increases dramatically causing massive damage to coastlines. The Tsunami Warning System has helped in warning people of these disasters, but more research and technology is needed to improve the predictions of this natural disaster.

Technology is a use of scientific knowledge for improving the way to do things. It has bee playing an important role in our life. It is common today that many developed countries are using high technology to run their works.

We have reached to the modern civilization thanks to the rapid advancement of technology. Moder technology expedites and facilitates social and personal life. Thus, modern technology plays a big role in the family life. From dawn to dusk, we use several technologies that make our life easier and comfortable. On the other hand, lives dependant on technologies brings forth some unusua circumstances frequently. Now-a-days, catastrophe that comes of the technology has become regular phenomenon. The technological changes impact greatly upon family life. Now, we will discuss the impact of technology on family life. 

Linking relatives together is one positive effect that technologies have on family life, and being instantly updated on other family members' status is also a huge benefit. One negative effect of computers on family life is less face-to-face contact between family members. In most families, each family member has their own computers or smart phones that are kept in their own rooms. Parents and children have lesser interaction to each other because they used to do spend their time with technology like Laptop, PSP, games on the internet, TV and so on. It is because children no longer spend time playing and engaging in activities with their parents or siblings. 

Technology is slowly changing the way we communicate with others and affecting our personal relationship. It has left us with the chance to meet people in a much easier ways. Most people, both children and adults spend quite a lot of time in texting friends and relatives, wasting money and using text speak as a way to communicate. Say for example, making a friend is now on a finger click, to gain a new friend you simply click on 'add as friend' and the other person accepts or denies you. 

Most children are not getting enough exercise in today's society, generally because parents can't be bothered to take their children to the park, while being afraid of letting their children play outside by themselves. For many parents, being able to get in contact with their children by phone isn't enough. Children will therefore spend most of their time hidden away in their bedroom, watching DVDs or playing computer games, while their parents sit around the house doing nothing particularly constructive with their time. 

Technologies have not just had negative effects on families; they have also had some positive ones. The use of Social Networking Service (SNS) through computer is one of the positive effects that technologies have had on families. With the use of computer functions such as; e-mail, messengers. twitter and skype, families can take care of things that they would otherwise have to leave the home to take care of. Using SNS also allow families to communicate with other family members who might not live close by. 

In conclusion, technology brings many benefits to people today, without technology people can't do work more productively and efficiently. However, it has negative impact to human either. Interaction between family and friends are getting lesser and lesser. Although there are also advantages to having so much technology at your fingertips families may want to weigh up pros and cons to make sure that they achieve an even balance between a quality family lives.

বিনীতি নিবেদন এই যে, আমি আপনার আদেশক্রমে ০১/০১/২০১৯ হতে ২১/০৬/২০১১ তারিখ পর্যন্ত বাংলাদেশে যে সকাল সড়ক দুর্ঘটনা সংঘটিত হয়েছে তার সুনির্দিষ্ট কারণ আপনার জ্ঞাতার্থে উল্লেখ করছি। নিচে পয়েন্ট আকারে সড়ক দুর্গটার কারণগুলো উল্লেখ করা হলো। 

                                                                                                                           সড়ক দুর্ঘটনার কারণ 

সড়ক দুর্ঘটনা বাংলাদেশের একটি নৈমিত্তিক ঘটনা হয়ে দাড়িয়েছে। প্রতিদিন খবরের কাগজের পৃষ্ঠা উল্টালেই মর্মান্তিক সড়ক দুর্ঘটনার খবর পাওয়া যায়। এই সড়ক দুর্ঘটনা প্রতিরোধের জন্য গাড়ির চালক, পথচারী এবং গাড়ির মালিকদের পাশাপাশি জনসাধারণ যদি নিম্নোক্ত পদক্ষেপগুলো মেনে চলে তাহলে এই দুর্ঘটনা হার অনেকাংশে কমানো সম্ভব। 

• অতিরিক্ত ও বেপরোয়া গতিতে গাড়ি চালানো। টার্নিং-এ ওভারটেকিং করা। 
• ড্রাইভিং লাইসেন্স ছাড়া গাড়ি চালানো। অর্থাৎ লাইসেন্সবিহীন ড্রাইভার দিয়ে গাড়ি চালানো । 
• রেজিস্ট্রেশন, ট্যাক্স টোকেন, ফিটনেস, রোড পার্মিট ও ইন্সুরেন্স না থাকা। 
• মোটরসাইকেল চালক ও আরোহী উভয়ে মাথায় হেলমেট পরিধান না করা। 
• ডানে বামে দিক পরিবর্তনের সময় সংকেত না দেয়া। 
• যেখানে সেখানে গাড়ি থামিয়ে যাত্রী উঠানামা করা। 
• নেশা বা মদ্য পান অবস্থায় গাড়ি চালানো। 
• গাড়ি চালানো অবস্থায় মোবাইলে কথা বলা । 
• সামনের গাড়ি থেকে নিরাপদ দূরত্ব বজায় না রাখা। 
• চোখে ঘুম নিয়ে অথবা অসুস্থ্য, ক্লান্ত অবপস্থায় গাড়ি চালানো। 
• একটানা পাঁচ ঘণ্টার বেশি গাড়ি চালানো। 

নিম্ন বর্ণিত কারণে যাত্রী সাধারণ দুর্ঘটনার শিকার হয়ে থাকেনঃ 

• অন্যমনস্ক হয়ে বা মোবাইলে কথা বলতে বলতে রাস্তায় হাঁটা বা রাস্তা অতিক্রম করা। 
• রাস্তা পারাপার কিংবা গাড়িতে উঠা অবস্থায় অথবা নামাজের সময় সতর্কতা অবলম্বন না করা। 
• অতিরিক্ত যাত্রী বোঝাই গাড়িতে কিংবা গাড়ির ছাদে ভ্রমণ করা।

                                                                                                                  বাংলাদেশের ভূমিকম্পঃ বিপর্যয় ও ব্যবস্থাপনা

ভূ- অভ্যন্তরে শিলায় পীড়নের জন্য যে শক্তির সঞ্চয় ঘটে, সেই শক্তির হঠাৎ মুক্তি ঘটলে ভূ-পৃষ্ঠ ক্ষণিকের জন্য কেঁদে ওঠে এবং ভূ-ত্বকের কিছু অংশ আন্দোলিত হয়। এই রূপ আকস্মিক ও ক্ষণস্থায়ী কম্পনকে ভূমিকম্প (Earthquake) ব বাংলাদেশের ভূ-তাত্ত্বিক অবস্থান বিশ্লেষণ করে বিজ্ঞানীরা বলেছেন, যে কোনো সময় বড় ধরনের ভূমিকম্প আঘাত হানবে ইন্ডিয়ান, ইউরেশিয়ান এবং বার্মা তিনটি গতিশীল প্লেটের সংযোগস্থলে বাংলাদেশের অবস্থান। বাংলাদেশের দুই দিকের গঠনে শক্তিশালী ভূমিকম্পের শক্তি জমা হয়েছে। একটা হচ্ছে উত্তরপূর্ব কোণে সিলেট অঞ্চলে ডাইকি ফন্টে, আরেকটা হলে পূর্বে চিটাগাং ত্রিপুরা বেল্টে পাহাড়ি অঞ্চলে। বাংলাদেশের উত্তর-পূর্ব সীমান্তের খুব কাছে ডাউকি ফল্ট এবং ইউরেশি ইন্ডিয়ান প্লেটের সংযোগস্থলের অবস্থান হওয়ায় এ অঞ্চল ভূমিকম্পের জন্য খুব ঝুঁকিপূর্ণ। ভূমিকম্পের তীব্রতা বা ক্ষয়ক্ষি বৃদ্ধির ক্ষেত্রে দালানকোঠার নির্মাণ, গঠন, উপাদান, উচ্চতা ইত্যাদির ভূমিকা রয়েছে। অনেক সময় ভূকম্পনের দোলনের ফলে বাড়ি ভেঙ্গে পড়তে পারে। ভূমিকম্পের সাবধানতা অবলম্বনে ভূমিকম্পের আগে, ভূমিকম্পকালে এবং ভূমিকম্পের পর কিছু সতর্কতা অবলম্বন করতে হয় এবং করণীয় পালন করতে হয়। 

১. বাড়ি বা কর্মক্ষেত্রের ভেতরে ও বাইরে নিরাপদ স্থানগুলো চিহ্নিত করতে হবে। এবং লক্ষ্য রাখতে হবে আশপাশে কোন ফার্নিচার বা মেশিনপত্র গায়ে পড়ার মত জিনিস না থাকে। 

২. অন্ধকারে দেখার জন্য হাতের কাছে টর্চ রাখতে হবে। গ্যাস ও বিদ্যুৎচালিত যন্ত্রপাতি নিরাপদে রাখতে হবে এবং এগুলো নিয়মিত পরীক্ষা করতে হবে যাতে বিদ্যুৎ সংযোগ এবং গ্যাস সংযোগে কোন প্রকার ত্রুটি না থাকে। 

৪. দেয়ালের ঝুলানো আয়না, ছবি ও সামগ্রি বিছানা থেকে দুরে রাখতে হবে। 

৫. গ্যাস, বিদ্যুৎ যাবতীয় সংযোগ এর চাবি কিভাবে বন্ধ করতে হবে তার প্রশিক্ষণ নিয়ে লক্ষ্য রাখতে হবে। 

৬. প্রাথমিক চিকিৎসার সামগ্রী হাতের নিকটে প্রস্তুত রাখতে হবে। 

৭. ভূমিকম্প হওয়ার সময় ড্রপ, কাভার ও হোল্ড অন পদ্ধতিতে মেঝেতে বসে পড়তে হবে এবং মজবুত আসবাবপত্রের নিচে আশ্রয় নিতে হবে এবং হেলমেট পরে বা হাত দিয়ে মাথাকে আঘাত থেকে সর্বোচ্চ গুরুত্ব দিয়ে রক্ষা করতে হবে। 

৮. বহুতল ভবনের ওপরের দিকে অবস্থান করলে ভূমিকম্পের সময় দৌড়াদৌড়ি না করে ভূমিকম্প থামা পর্যন্ত ঘরের ভেতরে থাকাই ভালো এবং ভূকম্পন থেকে গেলে সিঁড়ি দিয়ে ধিরে নামতে হবে। কোন ভাবেই লিফট ব্যবহার করা যাবে না। 

৯. ভূমিকম্পের সময় বাইরে থাকলে খোলা যায়গায় আশ্রয় নিতে হবে এবং বহুতল ভবন, পাহাড়-পর্বত থেকে দূরে অবস্থান করতে হবে। লক্ষ্য রাখতে হবে ব্রিজ এবং ফ্লাইওভারে যাতে না থামা হয়। 

১০. ভূমিকম্পের পরে নিজে আহত কিনা তা পরীক্ষা করতে হবে এবং অপরকে সাহায্য করতে হবে। গ্যাস এর গন্ধ বের হলে চেষ্টা করতে হবে জানালা দিয়ে অথবা সুরক্ষিত পথ দিয়ে তারাতারি বের হয়ে যেতে এবং বিদ্যুৎ স্পর্কিত হলে মেইন সুইচ বন্ধ করে দিতে হবে। এবং অগ্নিকান্ড থেকে রক্ষা পেতে হাতমোজা, জুতা, ফুলশার্ট এবং পর্যাপ্ত সরঞ্জামাদিসহ নামতে হবে যাতে কোন প্রকার আঘাত না লাগে এবং শরীরে যাতে আগুন না লাগে সেটার দিকে লক্ষ্য রাখতে হবে। 

১১. ভূমিকম্পের পরে কোন ভাবেই আগুন জ্বালানো যাবে না। বেশি বিপদে থাকলে বের হতে না পারলে উদ্ধারের অপেক্ষায়। থাকুন এবং বাঁচার আশা ত্যাগ করা যাবে না। 

১২. ভূমিকম্প হলে যাবতীয় করণীয় প্রশিক্ষণ নিয়ে রাখতে হবে। এবং পর্যাপ্ত উদ্ধারতৎপরতা অব্যাহত রাখার। মনোমানসিকতা থাকতে হবে। 

১৩. ফায়ার সার্ভিসের ফোন নম্বর এবং বিভিন্ন সংগঠনের যাবতীয় যোগাযোগের ব্যবস্থা এবং ফোন নাম্বার রাখতে হবে।
